As soon as I saw that the theme of this week’s photo challenge was adventure, my head started spinning. I love going on adventures, so much so that I had to put the word ‘adventure’ in the title of my blog…so how on earth was I supposed to pick just the one?!
Instead, I decided to share a few of my favourites with you, from setting off on the start of an incredible adventure around the world, adrenaline packed activities like skydiving over the Namibian sand dunes or climbing mountains; trying new things, meeting new people, and everything in between 🙂
Jumping high over the Serengeti, Tanzania
Getting prepared for skydiving over the Namibian desert
Getting to know the kids in Mumbai
Climbing the snowy mountains in Poland
Exploring Fraser Island, Australia
Reaching the highest point on the Inca Trail, Peru
Swinging through the trees in the Australian jungle
Trying the food in Delhi
The view after a hard day of hiking the Inca Trail, Peru
Taking a flight over the Okavango Delta, Botswana
Teaching English in Tanzania
Exploring underwater in Egypt
Off on a new adventure!
Standing on the edge of the Cape Point, South Africa
What’s your favourite adventure?

wow…i mean just WOW!! everything looks awesome. I guess it was really nice and hard at the same time. I mean you must have had a nice time even if it cost you great amount of sweat ;). Coz it looks really awesome!!!!
Some of them – like skydiving – were terrifying but I am so glad I did every single one of them. They’ve made me who I am today and I would have had nowhere near as much fun if I hadn’t gone on any of these adventures!
I have no doubt you are an adventurer!! Amazing photos!! 😀
Haha well I do try to have as many adventures as possible! I don’t like to say no to anything!
Thats awesome, I wish I was courageous as you!! My first problem is my fear of heights, so that makes say no to many things already 😦 though, under the sea Im not afraid at all 😀
great selection of shots! The arms in the air seems to feature predominantly which shows not just adventure, but serious enjoyment!
