Weekly Photo Challenge: Signs

If you keep your eyes open, you’re more than likely to come across plenty of quirky, funny and nonsensical signs all over the world.  Here are a few from my travels that have given me a few giggles from typical British sarcasm to just plain random African musings.

What funny signs have you spotted around the world?

I saw another funny croc sign in Botswana saying beware of the crocs and there was a big hole in the wire fence! Couldn’t find the pic though. You’ve spotted some funny ones too 🙂

That’s great. I just thought it would be funny to have a sign saying “Beware the croc” with the paint smeared from the bottom of the second “c” downward, as if the croc ate the painter. Not sure my vision translates the words.

So funny! I love that one where they are trying to sell clothes by persuading people to make their girlfriends more beautiful – err….?!? I hope Mr Ayla did not succumb to such sales tactics! The Edinburgh day care centre one is hilarious too – such a good idea for a post putting them together like this 🙂

Haha even the shop keeper knew it was funny as he was laughing along with me! Still tried to get Alex to buy it though but Alex wasn’t haven’t any of it!
